North Yard Works Plan my year

Windsor, Ontario

One yard. Twelve months. Looked after.

Landscaping and snow removal for Windsor homes, planned around your year.

Plan my year

The lawn in July. The driveway in January. One company, one plan.

A pickup truck in a driveway loaded with a lawn mower, a leaf rake and a snow shovel
  1. One contact, every season.

The same conversation covers spring cleanup, summer upkeep, fall leaves and winter snow.

  2. Planned before the season.

Pick your months early, so the first cut and the first snowfall aren't a last-minute phone call.

  3. Scope agreed first.

Work, access, timing and price are confirmed with you before anything is booked.

April and May

The yard wakes up.

Winter leaves a lot behind: matted leaves, broken twigs, ragged edges. Spring is when a yard gets its shape back.

Before: a brick home garden bed covered in matted leaves and dead stems, with a pale ragged lawn edge
After: the same garden bed cleared to dark soil with trimmed shrubs and a crisp edge to a green lawn
Drag to compare.
Leaves and debris
Matted leaves, twigs and winter litter cleared from the lawn and garden beds.
Garden beds
Beds weeded and tidied so new growth has room.
Hedges and shrubs
Trimmed back into shape after the winter.
First cuts
The first mows and edges of the year, once the lawn is ready.

June to September

The long green stretch.

The lawn grows fastest, beds fill in and edges blur. A steady rhythm keeps it looking cared for all summer.

June Mowing

Regular cuts on a rhythm we agree together, so the grass never gets ahead of you.

A string trimmer cutting a clean lawn edge along a driveway

July Edges

Clean lines where the lawn meets walks, driveways and garden beds.

Gloved hands trimming a boxwood hedge flat beside a house

August Hedges

Shrubs and hedges kept in shape while they grow their fastest.

Gloved hands weeding a garden bed of hostas and hydrangeas

September Beds

Weeds pulled and beds tidied as growth slows and the first leaves drop.

One conversation can cover the whole season.

October and November

The last cut. Then the leaves.

Fall cleanup clears the lawn and beds before the ground freezes, so spring starts tidy instead of buried.

Leaves
Fallen leaves cleared from the lawn and garden beds.
Last cut
The final mow and edges of the season.
Beds and shrubs
Beds tidied and shrubs trimmed before the freeze.

Before the freeze: mark your driveway and walkway edges with stakes, so everyone knows where the pavement ends once snow covers it.

The first snow

Late November. The yard goes quiet.

Then, overnight, the first real snow.

Winter goes better with a plan.

Can I choose both services?

Yes. Tick any months across the year and add a note about the work. We'll review everything together.

Are the months fixed?

No. They show a typical Windsor year. Weather moves the seasons, so timing is agreed with you.

Can I change my months later?

Tell us what's changed and we'll talk it through. Any change to the plan is agreed with you.

How is the price worked out?

It depends on the work, the size and condition of the space, access and any materials. We may ask for photos or arrange a visit before confirming a quote.

What helps you quote faster?

Your postal code, a rough idea of lawn and driveway size, anything that needs special attention, and a few photos if you have them.

Does sending a request book the work?

No. It starts a conversation. Nothing is booked and no payment is taken until the details are agreed with you.
